- Date: Tue, 21 Oct 2025, 10:30 am - 11:15 am
- Location: AIML
- Dr Miguel Balbin Digital Content Officer, AIML
With over a billion users, LinkedIn is filled with people sharing their professional lives, achievements, and goals. But are you among the loudest voices on the platform?
In this session, Dr Miguel Balbin explored strategies for creating impactful posts and tactics for engaging meaningfully with others on LinkedIn. Participants learned numerous ways to write posts effectively, what made a post engaging, and how to use LinkedIn’s features to expand their professional network and visibility.
The session focused on content and engagement strategies rather than account setup or profile development. No prior LinkedIn experience was required of attendees. While examples included tips for promoting research, the session was designed for all AIML members including researchers, engineers, professional staff, and students.
