Once this is established, you are able to calm your mind, body & nervous system, so that your daily relationship with stress, pressure & energy is truly enhanced. You will see some of the world’s best HUPO athletes using the HUPO techniques shared to manage their state. You will also watch a live interaction with one of your team members regulating their heartbeat under pressure.
