Dr Nina Wootton on Toys for Turtles, a community-driven project that tackles marine plastic pollution through education, recycling, and cultural connection. Scott Hanson-Easey on Mahakam River in East Kalimantan, Indonesia where the riverine communities face mounting environmental and socio-cultural pressures linked to logging, palm oil cultivation, and coal mining.
