The final University of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Graduation Ceremonies will be held in September 2025, November 2025 (MBBS only) and March 2026.
Additional In-Absentia rounds will also be conducted. Please see below for important information.
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Graduation Ceremony 2025
The 2025 Medicine Graduation Ceremony will be held in Bonython Hall on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 3:00pm.
This ceremony is for Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery students only.

| 11:59pm, 19 October 2025 | Applications for the November ceremony round closed; no late applications can be accepted. |
| By 5:00pm, Monday 10 November 2025 | Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Letters released This letter will provide detailed information about your allocated ceremony, guest tickets and academic dress hire |
| 11:59pm Friday 14 November 2025 | Applications for additional guest tickets close in MyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø |
| By 5:00pm, Tuesday 18 November 2025 | First round of additional guest tickets issued Notification will be sent to successful applicants via student email |
| By 5:00pm, Friday 21Â November 2025 | Second round of additional guest tickets issued Notification will be sent to successful applicants via student email |
March 2026 Graduation Ceremonies
The final University of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Graduation Ceremonies are provisionally scheduled to be held in Bonython Hall between Monday 16 March to Friday 27 March 2026.
Applications to attend this round will close on °Õ³ó³Ü°ù²õ»å²¹²âÌý15 January 2026 - please note that late applications to attend this in person ceremony round will not be accepted, and you will need to apply for the March In Absentia round.

If you are due to complete your program requirements by 31 December 2025, applications for conferral are now open. Elligible students should have recieved an email with instructions, sent to their UoA email address. You can view the steps you need to take here.

In Absentia March 2026
Can't attend the March ceremonies? You can ask to recieve your testamur 'In Absentia'.
It is expected that In Absentia testamurs will be released by early April 2026. If you have applied to receive your testamur In Absentia, you will be notified via email once it is ready for collection or has been posted.
