MyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍøÌýrelease 5 –Ìý September 2022​

The latestÌýMyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍøÌýrelease introduces:​

• Semester enrolment letters for students – this functionality allowsÌýeligible current students to generate and downloadÌýenrolment letters for Semester 1 and 2. Students can already access enrolment letters for the academic yearÌýinÌýMyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø. Current students that are unable to obtain an enrolment letter inÌýMyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍøÌýshould contactÌýAsk ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø toÌýsubmit a letter request.​
• Academic reports for staff – faculty staff will be able to access and download academic reports inÌýMyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø. ThisÌýfunctionality is currently available in Access ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, so a familiar but a welcome addition toÌýMyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø.​

MyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍøÌýallows students to:​

• View exam timetables, class timetables (weekly view and next 5 classes) and academic results - including Grade PointÌýAverage (GPA) andÌýtranscripts.​
• Access information about whatÌýthey areÌýstudying and researchÌýcandidature.​
• Update their details and emergency contacts details, and expected program completionÌýsemester​
• Generate and print enrolment letter for Centrelink, provided theyÌýdon’tÌýhave a Negative Service Indicator (NSI). ForÌýstudents with an NSI, this button isÌýdeactivated​
• Access Student Finances: invoices, account balance and summary information, account payments, tax file number,ÌýCHESSN andÌýUSI​
• Submit and manage graduationÌýapplications​

MyÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍøÌýallows staff to:​

• Access and download academic reports​

• Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Forms (eCAF) for SA-HELP, FEE-HELP, CSP and HECS-HELP​
• Enrolments​
