The University of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø was very well-represented at the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA) conference in Boorloo/Perth earlier this month. 

is a scholarly society for people committed to the advancement of higher and tertiary education. The annual conference enables the sharing of research and practice dedicated to advancing education. There was a strong contingent of colleagues from the University of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø presenting at the conference and two colleagues made achievements of note.

During the formal conference dinner, (School of Chemical Engineering) was presented with her . This is a significant achievement as it recognises a dedication to the enhancement of learning and teaching evidenced through an extended period of reflective practice and a substantial portfolio.

The innovative work of Associate Professor Anna Leonard (School of Biomedicine) and colleagues was recognised with the award for Best Digital Poster. The poster presents for first-year students in a non-professional program.
